The dead cannot cry out for justice; it is a duty of the living to do so for them.

This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Yolanda Bindics who was born in New York on September 29, 1978 and Taken from us on August 10, 2004. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Yolanda was a mother to 4 girls; at the time of her disappearance, her oldest girl, Katelyn was only 8 years old. Courtney was 5, Allison was 3, and her baby, Emily, was 18 months old. She came from a large family, she is one of eleven children. She was loved by all!

She was last seen about August 10th, 2004. She and a coworker had just locked up at the Family Dollar store on Fluvanna Avenue in Jamestown, NY were she was employed. The day Yolanda Bindics disappeared her family was expecting some sort of news from her.  In the last days before her disappearance, her family said she was waiting to tell them a secret. "She had something urgent to tell us and said she would be calling us that night to let us know what her secret was" She was never seen or heard from again.

Two Years later in September of 2006 Hunters found her body in a remote, wooded area in Chautauqua County. A proper funeral was not allowed until a whole year later in November of 2007. Her Killer/Killers are still at large still to this day.

Time may go by, but we will not forget or forgive!
